INTERMEDIATE/INT+ MINI BOOT CAMP MAY 10-11 2025

This Camp is for intermediate level players and above . Our experienced professional coaches are here to challenge you to take your game to the next level!!! Great for advanced players who want to sharpen their skills and fine tune theirs games as well as challenge their stamina.

SATURDAY 

9:30 - 11:30 - Passing Fundamentals, Serve Receive & Serving

11:30 - 12:00 - Lunch Provided (Ham + Cheese or PBJ sandwich\wrap)

12:00 - 2:30 - Defensive Posture, Positioning & Hard Driven Digs, Chasing Shots and Diving Digs, Reading the Hitter,

2:00 - 4:00 Setting Fundamentals, Bump Setting, Hand Setting & Transition , Light approach and attacks (can't waste those good handsets)

SUNDAY

9:30 - 11:30 - Setting Fundamentals, Bump Setting, Hand Setting & Transition , Spacing and Approach Footwork, Arm Swing Mechanic

 11:30 - 12:00 Lunch Provided  (Ham + Cheese or PBJ sandwich.wrap)

12:00 - 4:00 - ATTACKS, JUMBO, HARD DRIVEN, CUT SHOTS AND POKIES -Vision, Decision Making and Accuracy + Competitive Games

Each weekend will have some variance... our main mission is to get our students at a better technical level where we are making plays automatically as a second nature. These clinics will be designed to be tough but rewarding. 

WHAT IS INTERMEDIATE? 

Someone who knows the basics well… can bump, set, serve with good control and is comfortable playing 2’s style volleyball keeping up with rally's etc. Someone with prior volleyball experience looking to get better in a fun challenging atmosphere!

WHAT IS RECREATIONAL?

Someone who has a little experience but has trouble bumping or setting the ball to the correct place. Someone who lacks control and want to improve the basics.
